If an on-site visit is necessary, Fanty will arrange for our service engineer to support on site.

Notes for Onsite Training and Support services

Consider below basic factors before need a on-site support service:

  • Travel expenses of our servicing engineers, including round-trip airfare, visa, insurance, accommodation, meals, and inland transportation during the on-site stay.
  • For an emergency onsite support, deployment within 48 hours may not always be feasible due to visa processing times and engineer availability. We will, however, make every effort to dispatch an engineer as soon as possible
